The vote to repeal President Obama's Affordable Care Act passed by a vote of 244 to 185, with five Democrats crossing party lines.
The push to repeal the health care bill comes less than two weeks after the Supreme Court upheld the majority of the plan as constitutional.
This is the 33rd attempt to repeal the plan. Critics say the vote is a waste of time, but Indiana 8th District Congressman, Larry Bucshon, disagrees.
The Senate is not expected to debate or vote on the bill.
