City Commissioners are endorsing the idea of revamping a former state office building for the project, and plan to contribute 3-million dollars, as long as the International Bluegrass Museum comes up with another 7-million.
Commissioners cite the success of the annual ROMP festival for their decision. The future center would be equipped with an indoor theater and outdoor performance area.
