Posey Co. Father Found Guilty of Murder

A jury has reached a verdict in the case of a Posey County father accused of his infant child's death.   The jury found Timothy Lear of Mt. Vernon guilty of murder, neglect and battery.
       Lear was convicted of killing his four-month-old in April 2011 while taking care of him.
The coroner ruled the baby, named Bryson, died from blunt force trauma.
      The sentencing is scheduled for August 20th.
