Davis Trial Date Set

A trial date has been set for a woman charged with killing an Evansville man during an argument. Judy Davis appeared in Vanderburgh Circuit Court this morning. A trial date was set for June 30th. She has pleaded not guilty to reckless homicide and battery. The 45-year old Davis is accused of killing Bailey Bell in January. The two were arguing, when Bell either fell or was pushed onto a whiskey bottle--causing the fatal injury.
