Sex Crime Arrest

A man is arrested for obscene performance after fondling himself in front of two girls.
It happened Friday night around 11 oclock at Vann Park Apartments.
Neighbors says 48 year old Bobby Carter was in front of a glass sliding door on 2205 Ponderosa Place.
He was identified by a neighbor and the mother of the two girls, Marilyn Pearson.
Pearson says he covered his face with a shirt while fondling himself.
But police found a leather coat and an orange and black bandana he was also wearing on the seat of his truck.
Carter is facing two felonies and public nudity charges.
Police say Bobby Carter admitted that he needed help because he knows his actions are wrong.
