The Library Board of Trustees will hold their regular meeting on Thursday. On their agenda is a change to the customer code of conduct, which aims to ban electronic smoking devices from library campuses. There's no word yet as to why the change is being made.
Electronic smoking devices are designed to make quitting smoking easier by lowering nicotine. They also replace smoke with water vapor, making them safer.
