The Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporations 5-year future could be determined by a vote Monday. Superintendent Vince Bertrams "strategic agenda" will be the focus of tonights school board meeting. Bertram is set to reveal more details--such as costs and a timeline and a significant change to the plan, as well. The plan includes building a new north high school, making the current building into a middle school, and providing early childhood education. Dr. Bertram conducted twenty community forums over the last few months discussing the plans with the community. Dr. Bertrams contract was also extended earlier this month to cover this 5-year strategic plan. A vote could come as early as Monday night. The meeting began at 5:30 p.m. in the Central High School Auditorium.
