"Hope for Harlie" Raising Thousands of Dollars

A 6-year-old girl from Owensboro is getting serious attention on social media thanks to her meeting with a country music superstar. As we have been reporting, Harlie Bryant is battling brain cancer, and family friends organized the group "Hope for Harlie" to help pay huge bills expected with her next round of treatments.

Harlie's wish was to meet Blake Shelton, and at the Big O Music Festival this weekend, she did. Shelton pulled Harlie backstage for a meet and greet before he took the stage. "Hope for Harlie" organizers say they raised more than $5,000 on Saturday alone.
