Doctors say most people die when their blood-alcohol level reaches point-four. An Evansville man was apparently close to testing that theory. Barry Clark faces several charges after police say he drove down Green River Road with a blood-alcohol level of point-three-four. An Evansville Police Officer says he was on a run with his emergency lights on when Clark pulled out in front of him. Clark then jumped the median and headed his car the other direction. The officer says he chased Clark, who went through at least one red light before stopping. The officer also says he gave Clark a field sobriety test, which Clark failed.
