Hallmark Cutting Jobs, Shutting Down Plant

In a sign of the times, people are buying fewer greeting cards, opting instead, to send their message through email or social networking sites.
The shift is a challenge for the nation's largest greeting card maker, Hallmark, which has announced it will close a Kansas plant that made one third of all the company's cards.
The move will mean the loss of 300 jobs.
