Kentucky Meet Your Legislators

Kentucky residents take their concerns to their representatives.
The final legislative forum of the year was held today at the Commerce Center in Owensboro.
People asked legislators questions about getting a state budget approved.
Other popular topics were also taxes, and human services.
Kentucky Democratic Senator Dorsey Ridley says hearing people concerns face to face is a good thing.
Ridley says the Senate hope to enact their version of the budget by early next week.
It will then go to a free conference committee where the house and the Senate will decide what version will be voted on.
