A former Tri-State chief sheriff's deputy charged with bribery and assisting a criminal agrees to plead guilty to a lesser charge. Ron Morgan was the second in command of the Daviess County Sheriff's Office until his arrest last year. He allegedly agreed to protect a female drug suspect in return for sexual favors. Authorities say he will plead guilty to ghost employment. Morgan's sentencing is set for November 20.
