Winter Heating Forecast From Vectren

Vectren says as long as conditions stay relatively normal, natural gas customers could see as much as a five percent drop in their bills this winter.
The company says an abundant gas supply has translated into bill levels not seen since 2001.
In fact, Vectren says bill amounts have dropped nearly 40 percent since the 2008, 2009 heating season.
