Vincennes Ungrading to 4G Wireless Service

By: Chris Veech
Updated: October 10, 2012

4G is on its way to another part of Indiana. Wireless users in Vincennes will have the option for high-speed, in-home broadband service beginning October 18. Verizon will provide the connectivity for a wide range of devices in the area that day. It says the service will also be available in Washington in Daviess County by the end of the year. 4G LTE allows people to surf the web and stream music and video up to 10 times faster than 3G.
