Evansville Man and Woman Arrested for Prostitution

A five dollar transaction lands two people in Evansville in jail. Marvel Passley was arrested on one count of patronizing a prostitute. Police say they found him and a woman inside a vacant home on New York Ave. The woman has been identified as Tikemia Johnson. She faces one count of prostitution. According to a police report, both admitted Passley offered Johnson $5 to perform a sex act on him.
