Pedestrian Killed On Warrick County Road

A Warrick County man is killed while walking on a remote county road. It happened Friday at 6:30 a.m. The Warrick County Sheriff's Office says 43-year-old Michael Webb of Tennyson, was walking on Ashby Road just north of Ashby Lane, when he was struck and killed by a car driven by Brandy Gansman. Deputies say Webb was pronounced dead at the scene. Gansman and her child were taken to Saint Mary's, where they were kept for observation. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
