A Beaver Dam man is dead and several others are injured after a two vehicle crash in Ohio County. It happened Sunday evening on Kentucky 2713. Kentucky State Police say Kevin Frame was driving southbound, when he crossed the center line and hit a van driven by Michael Kassinger. Troopers say Frame's vehicle rolled over, ejecting him. Frame was life-flighted to the University of Louisville Hospital. No word on his condition. Troopers say Kassinger was pronounced dead at the scene. Three passengers in the van were injured, two of them are children, who were air-lifted to hospitals in Evansville and Louisville. Their conditions are unknown. The accident is still under investigation.
