A barge company and three of its employees are found guilty of spilling gasoline into the Ohio River and never reporting it. A federal jury in Owensboro delivered the verdict. It says in June of 2005 Paul Barnes, Jeffery Scarborough and Randolph Martin were working for canal barge company when they noticed the barge spilling gasoline onto the deck and into the river. However, prosecutors say they did not report the spill as required. Each man faces a potential 5-year prison sentence and a fine of up to 250-thousand dollars.
