The Jerry Sandusky case out of Penn State has led an alleged Tri-State sexual abuse victim to come forward, landing her accused abuser behind bars.

Evansville Police say the woman told investigators at Holly's House that 62-year old Calvin Wells began sexually abusing her back in 1997, when she was 13.

According to Police, the woman came forward after she talked to Wells about the Sandusky case.  Officers say during those conversations, which the woman recorded, Wells told her he was different than Sandusky because he loved her.

Wells now faces 16 counts of child molesting.
