Parks Board Awards Roberts Stadium Demolition Contract

An Evansville company will take charge of the Roberts Stadium demolition project.

On Thursday, the Evansville Parks board awarded the contract to Klenck Construction.

Total cost of the project is $958,000, about $200,000 more than was hoped.

Equipment is expected to begin moving in on November 5th, with demolition set to be complete by May.
