Deputies say they tried to arrest Sidney Perry on a probation violation at his mobile home in the 2-thousand block of Wilson Station Road. However, they say after handcuffing Perry, he took off running.
Deputies say they later found him in some bushes near a fence. A search of Perry's home also reportedly turned up meth-making materials.
Perry is being held in the Henderson County Detention Center without bond.
