Kentucky voters approve a measure that makes hunting and fishing a Constitutional right in the state. The Constitutional Amendment got approval from a big majority of voters. The effort is backed by the National Rifle Association, which pushed similar measures in other states to prevent any possible future attempt to ban hunting. The ammendment also establishes hunting and fishing the best way to manage the wildlife population in Kentucky.
