Boil Advisory For Part of Vanderburgh County

A water main break has led to a precautionary boil advisory.
The areas under the advisory include Old Boonville Highway, south to Magnolia Lane, Telephone road to Morgan avenue, as well as all of Centerra Ridge Subdivision.
The Evansville Water Utility says while contamination of drinking water is unlikely, they're advising customers in the affected area to bring all cooking and drinking water to a complete boil for five minutes before using.
