Evansville residents may hears some loud noises over the next few nights.
After many months of waiting, those who saved their 4th of July fireworks will finally be able to shoot them off.
Residents were told not to light their bottle rockets and roman candles back in July because of the severe drought.
The City Council eventually voted to allow the the fireworks to be lit around Veterans Day, as well as over New Year's.
