Evansville Home Catches Fire Twice in Less Than a Week

Fire investigators are blaming electrical issues for both fires in the home in the 3200 block of West Maryland Street in Evansville.
They say the garage caught fire on Friday November 9th, which quickly spread to the attic in the house leaving about 25% of the home damaged.
Investigators say the homeowner returned on Saturday to remove her belongings, and the house caught fire again early Sunday morning. Fire officials are saying both fires were due to electrical issues, but they say they are calling in an expert to be sure.
