Tri-State Food Bank in Need of Deer Donations

The Tri-State Food Bank is asking for your donations of a lesser used meat today.
The organization is asking for deer meat or venison for the local chapter of Farmers and Hunters Feeding the Hungry.
Last year, 130 deer were donated through this program. They say they venison is nutritious, high in protein and low fat, and one deer feeds 200 people in one meal.
Hunters can donate deer meat to the food bank through participating local processors.
