A lawsuit has been filed in the school bus crash last month that killed two preschoolers in northern Kentucky.

An Independence lawyer filed the lawsuit on behalf of the families of two children injured in the October 29th crash.

Nine children and two adults were on board the Carroll County School District bus when it flipped over and crashed into a tree.

The lawsuit was filed against bus driver Laura Reed, as well as the Carroll County School Superintendent, and Board of Education.

So far, the school district has not commented on the lawsuit.
