Aztar's License Up To Gaming Commission

The future of Casino Aztar may be decided Monday. The Indiana Gaming Commission is considering renewing Columbia Sussexs license to run the casino. The company lost its license in New Jersey, and by law Indiana may not license a company that has seen its gambling license revoked in another state. Azatar has been on the market for awhile now.. if its bought by tomorrow, officials say the gaming commission wont have to make the decision.
