Winkler Expected in Court Monday

The former Boonville Assistant Police Chief is expected in court Monday.

Terry Winkler was arrested by Indiana State Police after a criminal investigation revealed he allegedly stole over 21-thousand dollars from the Warrick County Fraternal Order of Police.

The arrest came six months after the investigation was initiated.

Winker allegedly made the unauthorized transactions between April 2010 and July 2011 while he served as president of the Warrick County F.O.P.
