Cyber Monday Expected to Set Records

Research firm, Comscore, estimates Americans will spend 1.5 billion dollars today, up 20 percent from last year.
Some retailers started Cyber Monday deals at midnight, including Amazon, Sears, and K-Mart.
Shoppers say online product descriptions and reviews are better and it's getting much easier to return an online purchase to a physical store.
Comscore says $13.7 billion has been spent online so far for the holiday season, up 16 percent from last year.
In Indiana, some merchants are determined to speed up a law making it more expensive for online stores to do business in the state.
State Legislators and merchants are gathering in Indianapolis, Monday, to announce renewed efforts to level the playing field between online-only and brick-and-mortar retailers. The group hopes to move up the effective date of the law from the start of 2014 to july first 2013.
