Some business owners in Sharon Place are still full of hope, despite a devastating fire that destroyed nine businesses and a church early Saturday morning. The sifting and inventory for business owners who lost everything is just beginning. Meanwhile, The Indiana State Fire Marshal has ruled the cause of the fire as accidental. We continue our team coverage with a framing business trying to find positives among the rubble. Jeanne Egan says she was only able to save a few frames, but she thinks they soon will have to be thrown away. The flames that took down her business and many others destroyed hundreds of physical items, but Egan will not let those flames destroy her spirit. Charred frames covered with ash and soot, these pictures are truly worth a thousand words, they're a handful of what Jeanne Egan could save after Saturday's fire in Sharon Place destroyed everything else. Egan now works out of her production area, off the beaten path in Wadesville. Her shop in Newburgh served as a satellite location for customers to place and pick up orders. Lost, are many materialistic things, but Egan's hope is still intact. Egan's Framing had been in Sharon Place since July. She says she lost close to $20,000 worth of material in the fire, but she has duplicate frame models here in Wadesville to keep her business going. From rustic, to ornate, to traditional frames, Egan says she  will continue her business, but whether she'll rebuild in Newburgh, or choose a different location has yet to be decided. As she moves on, these flames are fresh in her mind. A positive Egan says, one of her customers had brought in a flag that laid across her father's coffin, he served in the Armed Forces and she wanted it framed, fortunately Egan's customer picked up that flag just days before the fire.
