Pedestrian Killed By Vehicle In Warrick County

Eyewitness News is on the scene of a fatal accident in northern Warrick County. Sheriff's deputies and Indiana State Police confirm a pedestrian was hit and killed by a vehicle in the eastbound lane of I-64 about 7 miles east of the I-64 and I-164 interchange.

Emergency crews will be reconstructing the crash for a long period of time tonight, but at this time traffic is moving smoothly in one lane. The identity of the victim is not yet being released. No word on the driver's condition.
