Evansville Police are still searching for for an armed robbery suspect who they say tried to rob an adult bookstore.

Surveillance from the Bookmart Adult Bookstore shows a man walk into the store on North Main Street.  Police say the suspect claimed to have a gun, and demanded cash from the clerk.

Turns out the man did not  have a gun, and he wouldn't get any money either.  That's because the clerk reaches for a baseball, walks around the counter, and then threatens to swing the bat at the suspect, which he eventually does.

The suspect was in the arm, and was then chased out of the store.
