The Indiana Economic Development Corporation says it has already worked with 220 companies that have made decisions to expand or establish new business operations in the state this year. That includes companies like Farbest, in Vincennes.
The state says these companies will create more than 20-thousand new jobs in the coming years.
State officials say 2012 has already broken the state's all-time record for number of deals won. They also say it's remarkable, considering the ongoing concerns over the fiscal cliff.
