Attempted Murder Suspect Due in Court Friday

An Evansville man facing attempted murder charges is expected to announce his plea in Vanderburgh Superior Court today.

Evansville Police believe 49 year old Brian Powers stabbed Robert Brown as he slept on a bench at the METS Bus Station in July.

Powers is being held on a 100-thousand dollar bond.
