Final Green Light Given in Hostess Liquidation Request

Hostess Brands has received final approve for its plans to liquidate, making it possible for its snack cakes to find new life with a new owner.
The company is in talks with more than 1-hundred potential buyers, among them, at least five national retailers. The company has also received approval to give its top executives bonuses for meeting budget goals during the liquidation.
Hostess claims the incentive is needed to retain 19 high level managers for the wind down process, which could take about a year.
