Mother Upset Over Foster Parents' Abuse Allegations

The biological mother of three Terre Haute children, who police say were abused, says she's upset with the foster parents.
Christina Joiner says she gave her daughter and two sons up for adoption, hoping they would have a better life.
After hearing the news of their abuse last week, she said, "I thought I was doing the right thing, and come to find out, it wasn't".
Larry and Nikki Russell are each charged with six counts of neglect, and five counts of criminal confinement.
Nikki Russell is also charged with two counts of battery by bodily waste.
