Illinois Fugitives Arrested in Mortons Gap

The Kentucky State Police, along with the U.S. Marshals Service, arrested the Illinois couple wanted on charges of aggravated battery, armed robbery, and vehicle theft.
John L. Cunningham and his wife Janet were taken into custody Wednesday afternoon at the Mortons Gap Pilot Truck Stop. Troopers say the couple was located inside a stolen vehicle and arrested without incident. The Cunninghams were transported to the Hopkins County Jail.
