Updated Information: Toyota officials now tell Fox 7 News that the company is NOT considering the move of production of the Tundra pickup from its Princeton Plant to San Antonio, Texas. That plant also produces the pickup. The company says a Headline in Thursdays Courier & Press suggesting that the whole plant is moving is not the case. Earlier this morning a Toyota Spokesperson told Fox 7 that the newspaper headline was misleading, but the body of the story was accurate. When we arrived at the plant they simply said they are not considering moving any production out of Princeton. Toyota officials say the "Wall Street Journal" story quoted in the local newspaper article was nothing more than industry speculation. The plant in Princeton produces the Toyota Tundra pickup truck, the Sequoia SUV and the Sienna Minivan. Fox 7 News is working on this story and will have team coverage tonight on Fox 7 News at 6:00 p.m., 6:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
