Indiana State Police arrest a Posey County man after a trooper saw the man pointing a firearm out of his vehicle. ISP say 21-year-old Thomas Fuhs of Wadesville was driving a pickup truck on Spring Switch Rd., when he pulled over and pointed the gun out of the passenger window. A trooper found a loaded rifle and an 11-year-old inside the truck. It was determined Fuhs was trying to shoot crows from the roadway. He faces multiple charges including child neglect and is being held in Posey County Jail without bond.
