Snowstorms Causing Flight Delays at Evansville Regional Airport

The runway at Evansville Regional Airport is cleared quickly this morning, but not all flights take off on time. Airport officials say delayed flights to Chicago and Atlanta because of weather conditions in those cities. But one Tri-Stater we spoke with said it was the trip to the airport that caused them the most headache today.

"It was a lot slower today than we anticipated," said Lisa Smith, "but we helped a lady out of a ditch on the way. The roads were a little rough. They had at least one lane that was cleared off enough."
