State Police Arrest Three for Manufacturing Meth
Vincennes – Wednesday night, April 2, at 7:37 p.m., Indiana State Police served an arrest warrant on Ralph Chambers, 45, at his residence located at 1026 North 12th Street in Vincennes. Chambers was wanted out of Knox County for a probation violation. When troopers entered Chambers’ residence to arrest him they discovered a meth lab and ingredients commonly used to manufacture meth. Troopers also located over four grams of methamphetamine that was packaged to be sold and three 20 pound tanks full of anhydrous ammonia. Thomas Lindauer, 34, and Angela Hamilton, 41, who were also inside the residence, were arrested for manufacturing methamphetamine. Chambers’ residence is located one city block from Riley Elementary school, which enhances this crime to a Class A Felony. All three individuals were taken to the Knox County Jail where they are currently being held on bond. The Indiana State Police Clandestine Lab Team dismantled the meth lab and removed the ingredients from the residence.
