An Evansville man is behind bars after police say he threw his urine at them. Dwight Perry is facing public intoxication, tresspass, and battery on an officer charges after being escorted out of the American Legion early this morning. Police say after they transported him to Deaconess Hospital for alcohol testing, he told officers he had to use the bathroom. Officers gave him a plastic bottle to urinate in. Police say perry threw the bottle at a wall, and some of the urine splashed onto one of the officers. He is currently in the Vanderburgh County Jail.
