Attorney General Greg Zoeller's office filed a lawsuit against former City Clerk in Chandler, Indiana, Timothy Osha. Osha faces theft and fraud charges after several 'suspicious purchases' popped up during a state audit. He is accused of using the town credit card to buy iPads, computers, and other electronics. The Attorney General's lawsuit aims to recover more than $140,000 in public money, fees, and penalties. Osha resigned back in October.
