TVA Working to Get Rid of Top Polluter Label

A Muhlenberg County power plant has landed on an environmental group's list of top polluters. However, officials at the Tennessee Valley Authority Paradise Fossil Plant near Drakesboro say they're on track to get rid of that title.
The Environmental Integrity Project says the plant was third on the group's metal emissions list, based on data from the EPA in 2011.
Officials at TVA say they made upgrades in 2012 to clean emissions put out by the plant.
TVA says it is currently meeting all current pollution regulations and requirements.
