Officials with the mayor's office say the demolition of Roberts Stadium is ahead of schedule. Crews say they are making progress with the work since it began about a month ago. They are tearing down the old stadium to make way for a park. However, people will not be able to watch the demolition over the Internet as originally reported. City officials talked about a webcam at the demolition site. But the city now says contractors wanting to put that webcam in for their use, not for the public's use.
