The city of Evansville begins its new automating trash and recycling service for residents today. Trash and recycling will now be collected in large plastic bins provided by the city, one for trash and another for recycling. Allied Waste Services began delivering the new bins today, but officials say some residents may not see their news bins for a month or so.
