Petersburg Mayor Says He is Stepping Down

A Pike County mayor is stepping down. Mayor Jon Craig of Petersburg says January 25 will be his last day in office. He is leaving the Mayor's Office to become the deputy director of the Indiana Department of Rural Affairs. Craig is in the first year of his third term. Petersburg Republicans will meet later to choose his successor, but a date for that meeting has not been set.
