Several Kid Rock Concert Tickets at Ford Center will be Sold "Paperless"

By: Chris Veech
Updated: January 9, 2013
The Fan Freedom Project and Consumer Action warns Kid Rock fans about restricted ticketing policies for the rock star's April 1, concert at the Ford Center. Ticketmaster says paperless tickets will be in use for some seats. These tickets require fans to present the credit card used to purchase the ticket and a valid photo ID when entering the arena. Also, people will be unable to transfer the tickets or give them to fans as gifts. Tickets go on sale January 12, at 10:00 a.m.

Comments

I have had one experience with paperless ticketing in the past. Did not like it. Would much more prefer having a physical ticket from the moment of purchase. It just feels more resounding.
