Michael Shafer was arrested about a year ago. He was scheduled to go to trial later this month, but during a hearing in Gibson Superior Court, Shafer indicated he may be willing to plead guilty. That hearing is set for January 22nd.
Police say they found the remnants of a meth lab in an employee restroom behind the school in December of 2011.
